I live in Dallas but currently looking at acquiring multifamiles in Worcester. Would you mind sharing some info about your investment? i.e list price, purchase price, rehab costs if any,  how much each unit or room rents out for, zip code for the property etc... I look forward to your reply, thanks!

Thank you for your insightful reply. Also, the post on your you invested in your first property is very interesting. I have a full time job as well, newbie and not well versed with real estate markets around the country. I will definitely be contacting the team at rentToretire to discuss my options. Thank you for sharing you story and providing me with excellent information!

First you need to identify what your goals are for real estate. Then you need to identify a strategy for reaching your goals (flip, wholesale, househack, turnkey, BRRRR, etc.). Create a great team of people in the market you are looking to invest (agent, contractors, lenders, PM, etc.). Understand how to run the numbers for the method of investing you want to do. Find a deal and make your first investment!

A post about my first investment!

I already own a home so it seems a lot like the second option would be best for me. I Might have to get in touch with wholesalers to find good deals because everything on Redin/Zillow/realtor.com is very pricey.

If you do 3.5% you should still have money left over to buy another property. Do it

I am a newbie from Dallas TX and have yet to acquire my first property. I have 50K in my possession, what will you recommend I do?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
