hi bp I was wondering if I would be able to fix up a room rent it out and continual the process till I finish updating it completely   

I got someone who came across my ad on crigslist and would like to sell there manufactured home and just the manufactured home any ideas

Can I owner finance for the paying the owner of the house and use hard money to finance the rehab the house.

looking to get private money for a fix and flip. 

my question is will I need llc account to use private money and and how to get one

I have just started learning about real estate driving around looking at places. That look like deals made a few phone calls but still no luck but ain't going to stop still need to figure all this still. Hoping I make the right deal hoping I analyze the property right Even ask for help from a flipper no luck yet. Wish me luck
