Own some land outright. Had it re-zoned in order to build an 8-plex on it. I'm looking to use non-bank financing as I am not comfortable with the banks terms for being able to call the loan. Any suggestions?

@Alex Varner Avoid him like the plague. He has financial problems. No credit to buy materials with.
