Thank you @Justin Howe really appreciate your reaching out to me! Thing is the REIA meetings near me are either on Wensdays, Thursdays and Fridays. These are days that I work aha! So it's really hard to get to these meetings and network like I would love to do. My main goal is to network through bigger pockets or other resources on the web to find these types of investors.
