I am just about to close on my first real estate flip and am trying to figure out the best approach for my next move. i will be using my profits to purchase another investment property. i am looking at buying a 4plex and also a home for my family. i am not sure which to do first. My concern is with my lender. i dont know if the 4plex will benefit me or if it will raise my dept to income.
