What's up noobdog! thanks for the welcome. I've been visiting another site and I think there are more people here from Georgia which is great.

your question...

Well, I'm still confused on the closing process after I find an investor to assign the property to. I know that in Georgia is has to be done by a closing attorney and I have no idea how this transaction happens at closing. I really want to "walk through" a deal with a veteran wholesaler.

Hi there, born and raised in Georgia looking to get hands on with wholesaling.

I would love a fellow veteran Georgian to take me on and groom me but if I can't find one by the end of January, I'm jumping in feet first! By then, hopefully I'll have enough info to get me started.

I know the laws are different from state to state and that part is intimidating. Any help is appreciated.
