Thanks, Brad for the detailed explanation
Needs a bit of rehab on the appliances other than that I don't see anything major in the condo 
in fact, the floors were rehabbed a year ago.

What would be our responsibility when it comes to maintenance - My understanding is anything that happens inside the apartment needs to be taken care by me. Anything that happens outside the apartment is HOA's responsibility, Am i correct in assuming this....?

I am trying to invest in my first rental property at Denver Location most of the properties seem to be built in the 1960s and 1970s. I ran the calculations with the rent I would be getting at that location, The numbers seem to be aligning with a surplus of 100 dollars 
I am having mixed thoughts about these properties. Would getting an old condo increase the odds of major maintenance issues
