Hey Aaron, thanks for your response. I'm curious why you think an LLC is the best way compared to a JV Agreement. Would you mind elaborating on your perspective? Thanks

Hey Kerry, thank you for your reply. I'd like to answer your question, maybe because I'm just getting started I'm not sure what you mean about  "the flow of everything". Are you referring to how responsibilities will be delegated, or financing, or something else?

I'm starting out and considering developing a long-distance partnership for buy and hold rental properties. What is the best type of legal structure to set up for this type of partnership and why? Thanks.

Hello everyone, this is my very first post on Bigger Pockets! I'm new to real estate investing and working on my business plan. I live 7 miles South East of Hartford, CT.

I'd like to focus on investing in a 3 or 4 unit multifamily homes in the Hartford Area, but I'm not familiar with the multifamily home market in this area. Is this a good market for the Hartford Area? Is there a better market in this area? Thank you.

@Samuel Eddinger - thank you for your response! It is encouraging to hear from a real estate investor in Central CT.
