My question was about bank loans,i wanted to ask you if some 21 years old employee has the right to take loans from a bank to buy more than one real estate?

Do you have any idea if any 21 years old working at a company with a specific salary can take bank loans to buy 2 houses from the U.S? the loan should depend on his personal salary.
