No I install floors commercially and u do have to rip up a whole section. The boards connect with the tongue and groove so it becomes one bigger flooring system. If u want to be able to just replace damaged boards u need the glue down type. Take a torch and heat the tiles up when ur pulling them up. And also see what it says on the box of ur material used for acclimation time. Materials expand and contract with temperature. So if the planks aren’t the same temperature as the ones ur pulling up, they might be a slightly different size. U might need to let them just sit in the same room at the same temperature for a day or 2 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

I have a perspective tenant that wants a roommate. Do they both go on the lease? or is just one person on it and assumes the legal responsibilities? How do I go about doing this?
