Would you prefer younger tenants with kids or older tenants with no kids? Financials are pretty much the same. Both have dogs. Younger tenant with Kids wants to buy her own appliances (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, washer, dryer). Older tenant has had her identity stolen and is hesitant with some aspects of application process but is willing to provide references, credit reports and letters from past landlords. What are the pros vs cons?

Currently evaluating lenders for an FHA mortgage in Bronx, NY. I have been preapproved, the seller accepted my offer, and the inspection is complete. Moving pretty quickly here.

A seller just accepted my offer and I am looking for a qualified contractor to provide me with a quote on a 2nd-floor gut and reno in Bronx, NY. Also, the roof needs to be redone. Inspection has already been completed.

Currently in the process of purchasing a 2 Story property in Bronx, NY. Interested in seeing what interest rates I would qualify for an FHA Loan. I have already been preapproved.
