@Dmitriy Fomichenko I’m actually out on the east coast but want someone in CA

@Alex Bekeza can you please provide his contact info?

Hi all! I’m looking for a real estate focused CPA in California to help me set up a company as I start my real estate journey! Any referrals would be helpful (of course someone who does RE investing themselves is even better)!

Forgot to mention my fiancé lives there so have some family and will be visiting quite frequently. But given the consensus around OC not being a great market, what do you guys think is the most attractive region for rental properties in the country?

Yes I am out in the NYC area so will be using a property manager. I am definitely looking to at least break even and a thousand bucks a year wouldn't hurt in cash flow! Long term hold period for sure

Hi all, hope you are doing well during these crazy times! Would love to learn from all you experts on Bigger Pockets-- I'm thinking of starting to invest in rental property in Orange County, California. Any thoughts on what the best strategy is? Also, if rental property is not the most attractive strategy in this area, any thoughts on other forms of REI? Thank you very much in advance!!

Hi all, great to join the BP network! By way of background I am currently in the NYC area but have family out in Orange County that I visit frequently so thought it was worth a deeper dive into the market. From my desktop research looks like its quite expensive and difficult to earn an attractive CoC return. I switched gears and started researching the Tampa area but am unfamiliar so it would be great to gauge people's interest/experience in SF/MF rentals in the specific areas of Tampa and what they find the most attractive. My heart is leaning OC given the family tie, obvious synergies with travel, etc. but my mind is leaning Tampa given the hard numbers.

Looking forward to connecting and learning a lot from all you smart RE investors out there and hopefully one day I can return the favor!!
