Good afternoon BP fam,

So i understand and have the outline of what a business plan for real estate investor should be, but could someone show an example or copy a link to an example of a business plan so that i can see what it looks like completely when it comes to real estate ?nvesting.

Also if someone wouldn't mind uploading an old business plan that would also be very helpful!

Im reading "Investing in RE with no or (low) money down and my question is for the hard moeny lender who do run credit checks will it effect my credit score at all by them checking when i feel out an application?

Hello Everyone,

I have recently signed up to BP and have been so focused on the free course and other education tools that I did not introduce myself. 

My name is George and I am 22 year old student looking to make a killing in the real estate business. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad I immediately began to study real estate and was able to obtain my License in just about 3 months. I did not hang my license as of yet due to some circumstances but seeing that I will be moving to Orlando for 6 months to do an internship I would love to learn all I can about the area as well as network and potentially partner with some people to get a few deals under my belt. I am interested in Buy & Hold as well as Wholesaling for anyone in the area who might be interested in working together.
