Post: Property Manager Required AZ?

My sister who is a real estate agent in Arizona told me that I need to have a property manager by law if I own more than one property in Arizona. I don’t quite believe her since I’ve read other people haven’t needed one and they do it themselves, but I wanted confirmation if this is right or not. Maybe she just wants to make money off being my property manager in the future. Question: Do you need to have a property manager by law if you own rental homes in Arizona?
