@Jeff Copeland, thank you. I ended up going over my VA entitlement with this mortgage as well. So I did put a few thousand down. I currently sit at 90% LTV. I see some conventional loans out there that refinance at that level.

My question is, as long as I refinance the mortgage while I live in it, (even though I am required to move in just under a year) I shouldn't need the 75% LTV. Is that correct?

I currently have a VA loan for my second house. I maxed out my VA entitlement with it. I am looking to refinance the VA loan into a conventional loan to free up my entitlement and to buy a third house when I move in a little less than a year.

Can I refinance into a conventional loan even though I knowing will not be living in it for 12 months? I will be moving due to military PCS orders.
