It costs around $200, but is a very extensive spreadsheet, and includes quite a bit of video instructions, which were worth the $200 alone. Just my opinion, I am not affiliated with themichaelblank.com, just happy with my purchase.

James! Sounds like some class!!! I travel a lot with my two businesses, and don't get many nights in Colorado to participate in meetup, unfortunately. Are these recorded, and specifically, will tonight's meeting be recorded? I would love to watch a live stream or a recording at a later date.

I live near Denver and am curious/interested in this event. I have seen some of your videos and read some of your blog posts. So far, I like what I am seeing.

Couple of questions:

1. how much of this event is content, and how much is an upsell. I don't mind a little bit of upselling, but I don't typically like to pay to go to a marketing event.
2. will you be at this event, or other speakers from your company?

Well, it looks like I found the answer myself, doh! 

For any others:

1. Hover over 'Marketplace' in the top toolbar
2. Select 'Ads, Jobs, Others'
3. Click on 'Add Filter' 
4. From there you can choose LOTS of options to search by

I am trying to figure out how to use the BiggerPockets marketplace to help me find real estate professionals. I am not seeing any search specific to the marketplace. Is there a search that I am missing?

Thanks for the suggestions, they seem very practical. I wasn't sure if they needed to be local as I believe lawyers have to be licensed in the correct state, but that may not be true. I will poke around some and see what I can find, thank you!
