I have a friend that just came into a $100k windfall and seriously interested in invested real estate over a 3 to 5 year period to being very successful in this area of investing.

@Peekay Kumar, unless they'vre change their system, you can start requesting them to fund your deals as soon as you become a member of their organization

i'm shocked about the proof of funds situation as i found the i flip course quite reputable, it was the problem of the sellers not wanting to sell at their asking price which was a bit crazy to me.

@Dom, once you sign up to the iflip system you are given 3 websites you can customized; one being for birdogs which you advertise and the bird dogs sign up to to your website & post their leads.

the system is created for flipping properties; that is the reason why it is called "iflip" and don't know if it will work for being put in touch renters and landlords.
