Does anyone have any exerience getting podio to tell you things like close rate, pitch rate, and other statistics with out having to manually go through an excell file?

Hey guys!! we use podio for our wholesale biz in philly, and its great for keeping track of leads, but im having trouble tracking sales statistics, like close rate, offer rate, and conversions, especially for monthly statistics

has anyone had any luck with this or know anyone that can help??
