@Bob Stevens, that sounds appealing as well. Any particular states you would recommend to find these 10% cap investments? I would be looking to have a property manager as I have a full time job. Does this sound unrealistic to buy rental properties that are not reasonably local?

@Joshua Michael Hauman thanks for the excellent feedback! Any known syndication companies that you would recommend?

@Jake Stuttgen I appreciate your feedback. Would you be able to recommend me a few syndicators?

Interested in any feedback in regards to passive investment Syndications? Any recommendations to any reliable companies? I’m currently interested in Cardone Capital, but I just began my research and have not compared them to any other company. Considering so much talk about a housing decline, is right now a bad time to invest with a syndication? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
