Hello BP,

While driving for dollars, I came across a few properties that I wanted to inquire about. I have mailing addresses but I wanted to be more direct and call the owners. I am looking for a people search engine that is reliable and reasonably priced. Does anyone have a particular service they would recommend?

Hello BP community!!

I am on the path and getting my finances in order for my first purchase. I have been saving for awhile and will reach my goal this summer. I am reading a few books pertaining to real estate investing and listen to the BP podcasts (I’m on show 40).

My question to you all is, what are some other things I could do to maximize the time between now and my first purchase? Are there specific things I should have finished before I have a down payment?

I wanted to get a pre-approval letter but without the down payment it will be inaccurate.

What do you all suggest?

Thank you!

@George Pineda

Welcome to the BP community George!

Keep soaking up that RE info. A book that I have read and highly recommend is The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. Good luck brother, wish you great success!!

Hello, @Rhonda Blue! Thanks for the welcome! I see you you have short-term rentals, and I'm interested in learning more about how to operate them. Hopefully, I can connect with you in the future to gather an understanding of how you make it all come together. Thanks again, Geoffrey
