Great cash-flowing property... I purchased this property a couple of years ago to hold some 1031 $. I'm now ready to make a different purchase. I'm listing the property with a VERY high CAP rate so I can move quickly. This property has over $150K worth of upgrades in the past 3 years. It's now cash-flowing very well. See info attached. Feel free to email me with any questions. $845K.

Hello,

I'm interested in selling my 12-unit building in Chicago but I would like to sell it on my own. Can anyone suggest any platforms appropriate for listing a property on my own? Thank you!

Hello, I have 18 units to sell in the Chicago area. I'm looking for recommendations for the top commercial agents. Please no soliciting.

I'm hoping to hear from other commercial investors about the great experiences they have had. Or, if you have any bad experiences - please feel free to DM me!

Thank you!

Hello,

I'm interested in helping my nephew purchase a duplex to live in during Grad school while he attends U of Memphis - Fogelman. It would be his first investment, and I would be the co-signer.

I need to locate a lender in Memphis that might offer this type of loan. Any suggestions?

Hello Biggerpockets,

I have a duplex worth about 375K. I owe about 225K. I am interested in doing a cash-out refi. Do you have any recommendations of lenders with the most competitive rates/terms in Oregon?

Call 20 credit union located 20 miles from your property. ..

Can you clarify what you mean by this?

 1. open yelp.com
2. search "credit union" located in portland, oregon ; for example
3. open their website, one by one, check the offering, and call every single of them
4. you would find many credit union that has way better offering than online/nationwide banks.

Usually, there's always one or two credit union that always has the best rate for a loan, and also one or two that has the best rate for investment/CD rate,etc.....

 cool advise. I like that.

These are all good points. That's not a log of cash when it's all said and done.
