Hello! My name is Geoff and I am in research mode on real estate investing. I live outside of Akron, OH and I have been reading and wanting to get into rentals for some time but due to life I never was able to pull the trigger. I’m in a better place now financially and just starting to save to buy my first property. Any good advice for a newbie without a lot of cash yet in Ohio?
