Hi everyone. My wife and I are currently starting to get into real estate investing and are wanting to get into whole selling. I understand the basics of the process, find a property for a big discount and then sell it to another investor for a slightly less discount and profit on the difference. We are looking to start aggressively looking in the Canton/Woodstock area in Georgia and I am wondering if any of you pros out there can toss any advice our way. We've already started driving around and have list of 20 or so potential leads which we plan on calling starting February. We would really appreciate any advice from you guys.

Post: New to real estate. Looking for helpful hints and tips.

Hi everyone. My wife and I are new to real estate investing and were wondering if we could get some helpful hints from you pros out there. With a small savings account, I recently started reading Brandon Turners book on investing with little money down to try to come up with ways to fund our first deal. We currently own a home that we are looking to move out of due to a baby on the way and with everything analyzed conservatively we would be looking to make roughly $200-$250 a month on this property, so we will more than likely look for something that we could live in for the next couple of years and then turn into a rental property as well. Other than that I'm not very knowledgeable with real estate and would greatly appreciate any tips from you guys. Thanks in advanced!
