@James Wise thanks for the info! I looked it up on Google and apparently, there's a sales person class and broker class which one has to take in 150 hours. Definitely something I will consider! Now, at least I have some idea what to do. You've been helpful.

@James Wise how long does the course last? Do I need to align with a real estate firm? Sorry, I'm really really new into this real estate thing. I just took a few seminars but after the seminars you're basically left with more questions than answers:-(

I've taken a few seminars on real estate and read a few books but theory is different from experience. Can someone help point me to the right direction since I want to start investing in real estate possibly start off in wholesaling and work myself to other strategies? Anyone here willing to help? I've been thinking about enrolling in an education package on real  estate which brings me to the Catch 22 scenario-- not having enough cash/cash flow to invest in an education to start with-- but knowing that real estate might be a vehicle for me to start earning a second stream of income. I'm planning on investing in real estate as a secondary source of income. I have spare time after work and during the weekends to work on deals.

Looking to intern with someone in wholesaling. I attended several classes and read books on wholesaling but don't have the confidence to do first deal. I just want to experience how people do it in real life before I strike out on my own.
