I have a similar question as I've also found a parcel owned by the cities' housing authority. I will contact them tomorrow and find out how it works. Anybody on the forum with experience acquiring property from the local housing authority?

My name is Gene Kravets.  Left my job as an Assistant Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Miami recently to pursue real estate investing full time.  I'm learning all that I can and searching for deals in my market here in South Florida.  In the short term I am interested in building up my capital with fix and flips, learning the business, and then venturing into new development.
