What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I knew I wanted to become a homeowner and this was the only neighborhood that I was interested in. At the time I was a single parent and wanted a neighborhood that was safe and a primary residence that I could live for a few years.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the property on realtor.com and asked my realtor to view

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional 30 fixed rate year mortgage

How did you add value to the deal?

-Privacy fence
-Curb appeal with mailbox garden, 12ft maple tree in the backyard
-Installed laminate flooring in the bedrooms
