Hello i want to start looking for investors to invest in my deals so i could start making deals as son as possible since I'm just starting off and want to get my first deal. Can anyone please tell me how or where i could possibly find investors to do so

If there are alot of properties around where i live does that mean its a good time to invest or that the supply is to high and no demand for the properties and i should not bye?

Thanks a lot for the advice Mr.Holdman so a single family home would be the best to start off with then move up because eventually i want to own many properties i just did not know how to start.
