I agree. This will definitely be a game-changer for those interested in Investing in multi-family housing in California. The prices of those buildings will drop, I assume, given the drop in returns. Then the quality of the housing will drop since investors will try to cut costs. That will eventually impact housing values in those areas as well since the quality of tenants will drop.

A recent article by the Associated Press states that Gov. Newsom signed a statewide rent-control law.  This, despite a recent proposition that was doing the same thing failed at the ballot earlier this year. @Tyler R. Hello Tyler. I would love to meet up with this group, but I work in the San Fernando Valley and it will take me over 2 hours to get there. Will not be able to leave work that early. Like Vanessa, I would also like to know if you have weekend meetups. Or if you plan to have meetups in other locations, I would like to know that as well. Thank you.
