This is the software created by FortuneBuilders. They claim to offer a lot of data, documents, and manage contacts, etc. I'm just curious to see if anyone is using it and what your experience has been? Does it do as much as they claim? Are there other software packages that are comparable?

Hi, I'm Gail and I'm introducing myself to the community. I found Bigger Pockets in my search for genuine education about investing in real estate that didn't come with a sales pitch. This is a pretty big career shift for me (I teach high school chemistry in New Haven now). I'm hoping to start wholesaling and rehabbing on the side anywhere along the Hartford-New Haven corridor, get some confidence, then take the plunge and quit my day job. I have the download from Bigger Pockets to look at and I've joined my local REIA. In the meanwhile, this seems like a wonderfully supportive community to begin to learn from.
