Hey BP colleagues. My name is Gabriell. I'm new to real estate investing. Recently, I've been immersing myself in the BP podcasts, blogs and webinars. I'm currently researching markets and developing my plan. My next move is to obtain my real estate license. I am interested in flipping and investing in multifamily units. 

I am looking to network with like-minded individuals and possibly partner on some deals in the future.

Moving to the Philadelphia area and interested in networking with people in the area. Interested in investing close to the Overbrook / Overbrook Park area. I am interested in flipping for short-term income and buy and hold for long-term income.

Wow. Not fair!

The Mayor sent out a letter stating that they are offering a private water and sewer service line protection program due to the frustration of customers discovering they are responsible for costs to leaking water line or blocked sewer laterals on their property.
