Don Konipol thank you that was really good info. I have looked at some sites and even though the idea is good there is not much of a difference then just borrowing from a bank (in my opinion) since they almost require the same requirements. I was really hoping to find something where I am not tying up all my liquid funds as it slows down the timeline between purchasing properties.

Has anyone used crowdfunding to fund some or all of their down payment? If so who did you use and what where your terms? Would you advice others to use them or use crowdfunding in general? What are some of the lessons learned through it? Thanks in advance.
