Thanks for the great advice. I am going to look at some property in May. The realtor has been very helpful, and has sent me some stuff. I am going to talk my accountant Monday to see how to structure this business.

Living in Louisiana. Thinking of buying rental property for a relative who will be working and living in Alaska for the next two years. Thoughts?

Welcome to this site. I am also 22 years old and also have my construction management degree. Also I'm looking to make my first deal in the next couple of months. Just listen to the podcast and read the blogs you should be able to get enough information that way. @Andrew Smith

Thank y'all. I talked to my private lender and I think I'm just going to go with them for this time. @Jerry Padilla. The person that I'm going with has agreed to beat some of the banks interest rate and I will be able to pay of the loan faster  than the banks will allow me @Jon Holdman
