Looking for recommendations for waterproofing companies in the Baltimore area.

My rental property recently had water coming into the basement due to the last major rain. Believe it’s due to a possible crack in the foundation. Any recommendations for waterproofing companies in the Baltimore area would be much appreciated.

@Ibrahim Oyegbola  not what your personal situation is however, investing in Baltimore can be very profitable at higher price points with less headaches. 150k can get you in a much better area (maybe not fully renovated) but in rental condition, with a more working class tenant in the right areas. I would recommend looking at higher price points and run the numbers, your still seeing good coc returns at higher price points. Good look!!!
