Looking for a reliable handyman/carpenter in Jersey City area to replace basement windows and install gutters in the front porch. This is a six unit apt building, I do have other small items to take care of every now and then. So looking for a reliable person for repeat business. Thanks

If there is no partnership in LLC, then income from rentals is simply added along with 1040 return. No need to file separate taxes for LLC. Also, agree the above point that flipping and wholesaling consistently will be considered "being actively involved" and is against H1B rules. You could perfectly have a passive rental income or have an active partner manage the show while you take a back seat.
