Hey guys I had a quick question : If you don’t feel comfortable answering by all means you don’t have to. QUESTION: On average how much do you think you make per year on wholesaling? Starting out how much did you make your first year? On average how many deals do you close per month and the average cost per deal. THANKS IN ADVANCE !!!!

Would it be wise to have a buyers list first before you actually have a seller. How did you start your wholesaling journey? Did you find a seller than worried about a buyer later? Also how did you personally get your buyers and sellers?
