Thanks for the welcome and recommendations. I have been through the Start Here page and Beginners Guide. Just starting to dive into the podcasts. Think I have read more books and listened to more podcasts in the last 6 months than I have in the last 20 yrs..lol

I haven't found much for REI clubs locally, though I am sure they are out there. If you can suggest a good way to locate that would be appreciated.

Hello All, 

So here goes... New to the Site and New to the Business. Have always been interested in Real Estate and have done lots of rehabbing on my own properties. So time is right to get started and build my business. Have tons to learn but ready to jump in. I am looking to invest in undervalued SFH initially, using private lenders to fund the deals, rehab and sell.

I can see there is tons of information on this site and even more through its members. I look forward to meeting many new friends and colleagues.
