Anyone have a recommendation for an investor friendly bank in the Birmingham area?

Thanks,

I am a successful software professional/CPA with a very stable career, and my husband owns a successful electrical contrating business.  After 20+ years in the rat race, we have discovered, as many others have, that it is no path to wealth.

We are looking to buy and hold rentals with my husband acting as manager.

Since we have kids, owner occupancy is not really an option for our first investment, so pursuing options that don't include large capital outlays.

I have already learned so much from this site.

Thanks for the help,
