@Nathan Gesner It was a lesson learned and let me emotions get the best of me when it came to chances. Trust not the way I wanted too. I’m a single mother who has a weak spot for other single mothers. However, there’s a line of being taken advantage of. Again lesson learned and no not shocked.

@Theresa Harris I have reported it to housing and they are still letting her stay on the program! They advised I had to do a 30 day notice.

@Theresa Harris the was a pre-existing inspection that I decline to redo because there was drug use and lives in when I went to make my repairs. There were deadbolt locks on each room where yes was subletting. The was an inspection done for her to get her vouchers still for her repairs but they still survey the whole house. It’s beyond me how she is still eligible for the program.

As far as posting I will wait until she is out and as Andrew had mentioned if she leaves. Then I will be writing a  cease and desist if she continues.

@Theresa Harris Agreed. There was an exit inspection done and there was no mention and throughout all of inspections no mention of mold.

I have given my tenant of two years a 30 day notice. There have been numerous issues; drugs on the property, unauthorized tenants, damages to the property, unauthorized pets and unpaid utility bills. She is on section-8 as well. The contract has now been voided and I have given her notice.

I went to post on Facebook the rental property and some woman was saying my property has electrical issues and mold and my tenant was saying this on her Facebook page. She personal message people saying my home has mold and the city and health inspectors are investigating me. This is all news to me. I was unaware of any mold issues and I have provide an industrial dehumidifier for the stone basement to prevent moisture.

She has contact about 20 people. I have not been contacted by the health department and I’m very shocked.
