If you had enough of your own funds could you purchase a building, raise rents, then once stabilized offer to LP investors via syndication at its new valuation? Take your initial cash out that was replaced by investors/ greater appraised value, continue being the GP of that building, and repeat the process.

Looking for a CPA who has experience with apartments & potentially knows how to work with Canada Revenue. Recommendations are appreciated. 

General info: 

-We have a 20unit apartment located in Texas 

-Our LLC is registered in Delaware (have foreign entity in Texas)

-Ownership 5 of us (Nevada, California and one Canadian).
