1. Who are the typical single family home renters in those areas you suggested? 

2. What is the typical demographic in American fork and Saratoga springs? 

3. Where is the tech population preferring to rent?

4. What is the difference in rent for a 4BR single family home in American fork vs Lehi?

Any suggestions on which areas within Utah county to consider for a single family rental investment in Utah county? Any opinion specifically on areas such as Lehi, Saratoga springs, Orem, and Provo. We are looking to stay within $300k. We prefer areas that have a higher potential for rental with low vacancy rate. Thanks!
