Hi,

I live in LA and looking to purchase a multi family unit. Interested in Phoenix/broader arizona. Looking for cash flow positive properties around 1 to 1.5 million. Need a strong agent recommendation. Open to also consider short term rentals.

Hi, We are exploring the short term rental market in San Diego and Palm Springs and looking to work an agent for those areas with some expertise in the short term rental market. Any recommendations?

Hi,

I am looking for an accountant to help me with my physician s-corp as well as help me as a start my process in real state investing.

I am a physician in a group private practice and get a K1. I run about $30-$40000 worth of expenses through my S Corp and I need help with bookkeeping. My wife is also a physician but looking to work part time.

I co-own one investment property at this time and I am exploring house hacking, short-term rentals and multifamily. I am looking for someone to partner with that can help me with using bonus depreciation and cost segregation.
