thanks you all for the encouraging words. I used a lender for the bank which is my first property.I'm house shacking which i plan on staying here for about two years. I plan on purchasing one property per year I do not want to file bankrupt by purchasing 5 a yr. Again thanks all for your support. I wonder which will be a better deal. Purchasing a single family or multifamily home. I heard renters tend to stay in the single family homes the most.

@Rick Baggenstoss hey my question was If i purchase a single family home sell cost 48,000 how much cashflow should that property bring yearly on average. The location is a small city one middle and high school, nice neighborhood in south Ga.

I recently closed on my first property which is a duplex the age of 28. I must admit I was nervous but I did it. My goal is the purchase a rental every year. I want to thank bigger pockets for the helpful tools and tips without you all I would have never closed. Thanks again.

Hey. What loan do you recommend for me to use purchasing my first rental property which will be a duplex. I was thinking about an conventional loan but the banker told me to use a commercial loan which will have a balloon interest rate. Help!!!!!!

Thanks Mark Brogan and Brian Gibbons the numbers do work out I think I'm going to close on the deal. I was in fear of him not paying the bank and I'm out of my down payment of 7k.
