@Vincent Crane really? I am not familiar with Ohio. Where and what do you invest in throughout Ohio?

Jerry,

This is great, thanks for sharing! Do you know if the liens/parcels that were not purchased available to the public yet?

@Ned Carey what key words do you use that work? Thanks!

@Bryan Hartlen what does NPN stand for?

Johnathan,

I have begun investing in Alabama. Thus far in jefferson county. Would be glad to discuss potential opportunities and possibly partnering on some deals together.

Seth

Is the Berk County Sale an Upset Tax sale?

Thanks @Chris Ed sure, that sounds great!

Hi @Seth Deitchman

I've found FL to be good for OTC liens and OH to be good for tax deeds. Let me know if you're interested in working on a checklist for due diligence.

It matters what state and county you purchased the deed from.  Where did you buy the deed?  There are certain Deed redemption periods.

I plan on participating in an Upset Tax Sale in PA next month has anybody participated in one ofbthose auctions? How do you do all of the due diligence? Is there a place online where I can find if there is a mortgage or any other liens on a property? Preferably all together and free. Grateful for your insight and experience.
@Dan Mahoney wow! Thanks for sharing! Very impressive analysis and insight!
