By no PMI I mean LPMI, lender paid mortgage insurance. It's hard to find!

Hello, I am having trouble locating a lender that can do a 2-4 unit 95% LTV loan with no PMI in Illinois. Does anyone have any referrals? Best, Jerry

Hi everyone-

I am new to Bigger Pockets and I am excited to get involved with the forum.

What are you recommendations on creating an LLC as a holding company for all your RE investments?

I want to create a business LLC, so that I can establish business credit. What are your thoughts?

I am looking at RE Investing as a long term career, so I want to build a strong foundation early on. I want to minimize taxes, so I want to make sure I structure my business correctly before I start investing.

Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance!
