I have just sent out my first set of mailers to probates and i have noticed when i cross reference the property on google i have found about 50% of them on zillow.com listed as being up for sale is this a good or bad thing? Should i not mail to the ones that are already for sale?

@Brit Foshee Yes I Am working to increase my probate lead list, However when you are mailing to absentee owners do you mail narrow it down to instate or out of state owners ones with equity or without?

@Clay Smith from list source i know you can specifically target a niche im looking at absentee owners to wholesale would that be a good lead?

@Manny Cirino Its Actually Pg county md still close to dc though. but I Have the same problems I dnt have an address for the deceased and I Dnt kno what a parcel id is
