Thank you all for replying, any advice is good advice and I'm looking forward to getting my foot in the door and diving deep into the market. I'll definitely be at as many meet ups as I can. The hardest part is going to be starting into such an involved community and career path while working 50 or so hours a week during normal business hours. But I'm committed and I'm determined so I know I'll get it.

My name is Gary, I'm 20 years old, and I live in Denver CO. I've been in construction for about 4 years now on and off and for the past couple years I've gained an interest in the real estate business. Just recently I attended a Fortune Builders workshop and gained a lot of knowledge, but I don't quite know where to start. I don't have any money saved up or any retirement funds and I really just want advice on where to start. I'm reading the literature given by Bigger Pockets and trying to learn as much as I can but I feel as though there are a lot of beginnings I could make. I want to start with wholesaling and gain the capital needed  to eventually fix and flip as well as building a passive income foundation for the future.
