HI  Bigger Pockets,

I'm eyeballing a property for my to househack in Journal Square NJ.

I noticed there is a indent in the front of the house where 1 Compact SUV size car would be able to sit without blocking the sidwalk. 

I would just have to take out my fence but what is the process of getting the sidewalk cut?

Please share any insights @syed, I cant seem to make the numbers work when HOA and Taxes make up ~1000 in flat out expenses
