Hi! I am trying to find a banker/broker that finances short term rentals. I'm located in California if that matters, but buying in Texas. Does anyone have a good referral? I'm going to need to include the rental income in order to qualify. Thanks!

@Robert Hansen This is a tremendous help and really reassuring! If I proceed in MGM, I'll definitely work with Greg. I really like this market, but am also looking in Orlando, Fl. Though, the cost of homes in MGM is much more attainable. Really appreciate you!
