I am new at real estate investing. I am not able to rehab - no skills and I am not much into being a landlord. However, I would like to put together and investment package of several houses. The investor[s] would buy the houses and sell them on rent to own/lease purchase arrangements. The deposits and lease payments could be a quick return on part of the investment with the balance when the house[s] sell -- approx 2-3 years. However, I do not know whether this will be attractive to investors and I do not know whether to set it up a a limited corporation or a partnership. Does anyone out there do this and what is the best approach.
