I am in my late 20s and a Mechanical Engineer by Degree and I work in project management/construction.

I have been maintaining a high saving rate and nearing a Coast FI number to where I could start dialing back my work hours.

Before I make any moves I would like to have some run time with a viable side hustle or part time job that I could leverage my degree and experience to still earn a decent hourly rate (or equivalent).

Does anyone have any advice or any experience with effective side hustles or types part time jobs that I might be able to transition to? At this point I have no idea where to start looking into this and have no idea what opportunities might be out there.

Just to be clear this is just me asking for advice, not me soliciting job offers.

thanks!
